For the past years California has been in a drought that has led to the City of Coalinga and State of California to come up with new rules and regulations with how water is used with the goal being to decrease water consumption.
I disagree with this strategy for many reasons, but mainly because it focuses on telling people not how much water they use, but how they use it.
If we want people to consume on water then we can achieve this many other ways rather than hiring people to go around in a truck writing warnings and tickets to those that are not in compliance.
Do your part and conserve.
